One of the most popular structures in the world, the Empire State Building, displayed their concern towards Philippines, especially the Visayas, by proudly donning the colors of the Philippine Flag which are red, blue, white, and yellow.

Posted by the Empire State Building’s official Instagram account, their gesture on Friday night (Saturday morning in the Philippines), was done as a sign of raising awareness to all around the world that the Philippines is hurting from being hit by the super typhoon.

Their gesture kindly showed the world that Filipinos are in need of assistance. The National Disaster Council has given latest figures of 3,631 deaths, 12,487 injured, and 1,179 still missing.

The Philippines is indebted to the continuous assistance from the other countries, and on behalf of fellow 

Filipinos, we say a great big thank you from everyone!
