Not only Jhong Hilario, but even the audience and other
co-hosts were touched by the story of contestant number 10, April Mariz “Epey” HerHer and her
privilege speech during the grand finalists. The contestant, Epey talked about
her promise to her best friend who died years ago and how that has been Epey’s

strong and keep a smile to continue the happiness every noontime for all the madlang people. After his emotional
breakdown, Jhong then apologized and walked out of the judging panel while Anne Curtis paused with teary eyes and Vice Ganda took charge and called for a

already very excited for the launch of Jambunganga as the announcement of the
new segment was known last Saturday September 14, 2013 paired with a special a
cappella performance of Blackstreet’s hit song No Diggity by Billy Crawford
as lead vocalist and Coleen Garcia, Karylle, and Anne Curtis
as back-up vocals.

Their special
performance also had the accompany of co-hosts Vhong Navarro, Jhong
Hilario, Ryan Bang, Vice Ganda, Jugs Jugeta, and Eric
“Eruption” Tai, who provided the song with rhythm and beats conducted by Teddy
Corpuz. Also, other than just back-up vocals, Anne and Karylle also sang
the rap parts of the song.

Before the
spectacular announcement of Jambunganga, another important event happened
before that, which was the acknowledgement of the first ever Bida Kabarkada
grand champion who happened to be the dance group Rizal Underground.
From a transition of explosive stunts, to a unique theatrical hip-hop
performance, the group received the only standing ovation from the judges.
