A magic candle then transforms her into a beautiful lady and is able to live her life in confidence. Although, still affected by the curse by her mother and father of her woody complexion, how is she supposed to live her life?</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Yesterday, the pilot episode was a hit with trending hashtags and comments that featured their love and positivity to the brand new show. Were you able to watch the pilot episode? Are you excited for the next episode?</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <b>Julia and her role as being a 'Barretto'</b></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <b><br /></b></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> As a Barretto and one of the most famous names in showbiz, Julia is feeling the pressure of her family name. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Julia feels the pressure of being a Barretto alongside her parents and aunts.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Julia's mother, <b>Marjorie Barretto </b>told <b>Buzz ng Bayan </b>that she knows that her daughter feels the pressure from all the expectations, but has adviced Julia to “remove the pressure and just give it her best.”</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Also, with similar sympathy, 'Mirabella' director <b>Eric Salud </b>understands Julia's situation with high-demands but has a belief in Julia that she will eventually make a name for herself in time.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> "Julia can never be her titas (aunts) Claudine and Gretchen Barretto but she will be, in time, Julia Barretto,” Eric Salud said to PeP.</div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> When Julia was asked to choose whose footsteps she would like to follow, she picked her aunt <b>Claudine</b> as she said that she has been a fan of all her projects in teleseryes and movies, especially in the fantaserye <b>Marina.</b></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <b><br /></b></div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> As Julia is full of praises from her aunts, she admits that her main plan is to “just be myself and figure it out.”</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <b><div style="text-align: justify;"> <b>Julia's first major teleserye (Cofradia) was actually cancelled.</b></div> </b></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Although Julia has debuted in her first major teleserye as the main star, her first was-to-be teleserye, <b>Cofradia </b>was actually cancelled before. Based on the <b>Dominador Ad Castillo</b>'s novel of the same name, Cofradia was supposed to be a teleserye about a girl who is also insecure of her dark complexion then becomes beautiful because of a magic candle. Although there was a film adaptation in the 50's and 70's.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Sadly, the project was scrapped due to complaints of racism which Julia revealed in an interview. Julia also shared on <b>Buzz ng Bayan </b>on Sunday that she almost lost hope on her career after the cancellation, but she stayed positive and continued on with her acting workshops until the opportunity of 'Mirabella' appeared.</div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Julia has also revealed in a previous interview with ABS-CBN that she has no regrets ever since 'Cofradia' since she believes that 'Mirabella' is “equally exciting, equally beautiful, even better.”</div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <b><div style="text-align: justify;"> <b>Julia and Enrique: Kissing scene or not? Where is their love team to lead?</b></div> </b><div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> The most frequently asked question to any love team, "Will there be a kissing scene?"</div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Well, reported by <b>The Philippines Star</b>, Julia answers our questions with, “Bawal po."</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Disappointed? Julia admitted that she is in no hurry to grow out of her "tweenie-tweenie" image.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> “Ayoko po kasi magmadali, e. Siguro habang tweenie-tweenie pa 'yong projects doon muna ako, kasi hindi na ako makakabalik pag nagmadali ako, e.” She admitted.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Although Julia won't be having any mature kissing scenes, she revealed that other members of the 'Mirabella' cast will have intimate scenes like <b>Mylene Dizon</b>.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Despite the 'no kissing scene fact', viewers show all their support to Julia and her leading men of <b>Enrique Gil </b>and <b>Sam Concepcion </b>as there will be so much room for love to blossom.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> People are now wondering if the love team between Julia and Enrique will hit off as popular as the popular love team of <b>Kathryn Bernardo </b>and <b>Daniel Padilla</b>.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Julia and Enrique are hoping for the fans to love their partnership, revealed according to The Philippines Star.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> “We’re just doing our best,” Enrique said full of optimism and hope of their love team. While Julia of course hopes for success, but aims to go on a “different path.”</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> There have been many cases for love team partners to develop off-screen romances, but Julia has already told the press that she “has so much time to enjoy” being single.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Are you proud of Julia Barretto and her first mejor teleserye?</div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Are you waiting to watch the next episode of 'Mirabella'?</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Do you support the love team of Julia and Enrique?</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Post your thoughts below!!!</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> </div> </div>
