Every year, many people await patiently for the major beauty pageants, one including the pageant to start out the year, Binibining Pilipinas. Soon to come is the coronation night of all 40 candidates which is to be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Manila on March 30, 2014. Also to be welcomed along with the 40 candidates are special guests like Anne Curtis, Matteo Guidicelli, and comeback appearances by Shamcey Supsup-Lee, Ariella Arida, Mutya Johanna Datul, and many more others!
Competition this year is tight since there will be a wide variety of talent from candidate like the return candidates from previous years, experienced candidates with beauty pageant relatives, the callback candidates, the crossover candidates which have been experienced in other pageants, and of course the ever-present fresh faces in the competition.
Already, the winner to the Best National Costume has been announced. The winner is proud Cebuana from Cebu City, Cebu, Kris Tiffany Janson.
