These
pictures below are of one of the scariest paths I have ever seen, what about
you? Below are pictures of a mountain in China that goes by the name of Mt. Hua Shan. As you can see, the base
of the mountain has huge set of stone stairs that are entitled, “The Heavenly Stairs”.
The name fits
perfectly for the stairs as they go so high up as if it is reaching the heavens
where you can’t even see the end to them, but in reality, they actually lead to
a plank trail named the Hua Shan Plank
Path. This dangerous trails leads all the way around the Hua Shan Mountain
and leads to just outside of Xi’an City.
Although, safety gear isn’t forced on you, you can imagine how needed it must
be. Yes, the trail is scary and unbelievable, but what it leads to is even
more!
Imagine, this is the easiest part of the climb!
The stairs lead past villages and houses along the mountain and
countless people climb up the mountain everyday.
When you get to a certain height, you take a gondola that leads south of
the mountain towards the plank trail.
Introducing the most scary and dangerous path ever where only nailed on
planks for a trails and a line of chains is what is keeping hold of you.
Pretty much nothing but a little chain and wood and a lot of air is
keeping you from falling.
And you thought the path was scary, there are also parts you have to
climb up where there are footholds to climb.
A little too close for comfort for me!
Although…
With bravery keeping you moving forward, you will get to the end of your
journey.
Where
the very top of the southern peak of the mountain is an old Taoist temple which has been converted
into a teahouse.

The ending: Thousands of people climb a life-risking journey to reach
the teahouse.
Either
those people really love tea or really love danger, I don’t know, but you
should try it out too! It may be life-changing!
