Star Cinemas’ hilarious comedy film, “Call Center Girl” has beaten Viva Films’ romantic drama film, “When the Love is Gone” in the Box Office in a matter of two weeks as “Call Center Girl” gathered P50.1 million while “When the Love is Gone” raked in P32.2 million at the same time period.

The two mainstream, yet popular, Pinoy movies “Call Center Girl” and “When the Love is Gone” had clashed with viewers as the two movies were released nationwide at the same time, December 4-8, 2013. Box Office had announced that the comedy starring Jessy Mendiola, Pokwang and Enchong Dee won the head to head battle of films against the drama which starred Andi Eigenmann, Alice Dixson, Cristine Reyes and Gabby Concepcion.

Meanwhile, Disney movie, “Frozen” grabbed the #1 spot for two consecutive weeks with a total running towards P69 million.
