On Sunday, one of the most fabulous events of the Miss World 2013 was held at a secluded beach in Bali, Indonesia. Namely the Beach Fashion, the Philippine’s Megan Young with the other 10 Miss World candidates had a photo shoot for the finals of the said fashion event.
The beautiful shots taken of Young with the other finalists from Spain, China, Italy, France, Brazil, Indonesia, Moldova, Ghana, Jamaica, and Ukraine, were uploaded on the official website of Miss World the day after on a Monday. Since Indonesia flourishes with strong Muslim groups, protests of revealing bikinis were replaced with beach sarongs which kept their attire conservative.

In reference towards their attire, Megan Young dazzled the beach with a black and white one-piece swimsuit with a colorful sarong worn over. The awaited winners of the Beach Fashion competition will be announced on September 28 during the coronation night of the Miss World pageant.
As an already known actress and television host, Young has continued updating one the official Facebook page of Miss World Philippines with posts of her chosen spot of a dance performance showcasing the Maranao dance, ‘Singkil’ during the “Dances of the World” segment of the pageant. She also asks for support from her followers and fans to vote during her journey in the pageant through the Miss World 2013 smartphone application.
