Starting from January
27, two of the most beautiful superstars from rival networks, Angel Locsin and Marian Rivera, will go head-to-head in a ‘Battle of Primetime’ with
the premieres of their teleserye’s “The
Legal Wife” and “Carmela”
respectively.
Speculations are
circling around that Angel’s “The Legal Wife” will be scheduled in the same
timeslot as Marian’s “Carmela” due to the viewers that both shows are reaching
out to, which cater to the more mature audience.
Movies that are more
mature are usually put in the second half of the Primetime time slot. If this
is to happen between the two shows, the rivalry between not only the two stars,
but the two networks will surely be on full force giving all the televiewers a
time to witness a rivalry similar to Nora
Aunor and Vilma Santos’ decades
ago.
