Teen comedienne, Kiray
Celis, will touch the hearts of TV viewers nationwide tonight (September
14) in a new episode of “Maalaala Mo Kaya”. Well-known for her comical roles on
television, she will transform into a whole different person as she will
portray an insecure, yet talented, young lady of the name Brenda, aspiring to
prove to everyone that her short height will not hinder her life of success in
finding happiness and love.
Bullied as a child for her shortness, Kiray Celis as Brenda, questions herself of her own dignity and
importance in life as she reaches her teen years. Paired up with the lead actor
in “Dugong Buhay”, Arjo Atayde, Kiray Celis will find out how difficult
it is to earn one another’s respect and love when you, yourself is the one who
is questioning your own self-worth?
